New years eve already!!!!!!

 So finally it's new years eve and that came faster than I thought it would come.So it's time for all the parties ,counting down till mid night,staying up all night ,making noise,and all types of fun.And it time for a new year,but for me 2010 was funny and I can remember the first thing I laughed at in 2010 just like it was yesterday .But my question is when people say they have to make a "new years resolution" why do they have to wait till next year when they can do when they think of it???
